My wife and I were living in Sacramento, CA.  I work for a telecommunications company and was transfered to Portland.  After a bit of research we discovered that real estate in Vancouver, WA was a better investment.  We searched for an agent and found one.  All she wanted to do was show us her listings.  So, one day while looking on the internet we found Brad.  Boy were we suprised at his knowlege of the market.  After a week or so Brad showed us a beautiful home overlooking the Columbia River, in Camas, WA.  We fell in love.  I can't tell you how happy we have been with Brad.  He did everything for us.  Found the house, got the inspector, arranged the financing, found the title company, even found a landscaper for us.  In my opinion there is no better agent around.
